NOW THE FUN BEGINS
In November 2007, Prescott Realty Group, along with Dallas Mayor Tom Leppert, members of the Dallas City Council, City and County officials, DART Board members, and members of the Lake Highlands community, broke ground on the 70-acre, two million square foot, mixed-used Lake Highlands Town Center.

The groundbreaking represented more than a year of unprecedented collaboration between the private and public sectors to get this destination live/work/play project off the ground.

Now the fun begins. Watching Lake Highlands Town Center come to life.
